§ 1 Storage and use of personalized data

We store and use personalized data – including your postal address and e-mail address – for order handling and return delivery purposes only. E-mail addresses are used for sending information on the order and for our own Newsletter if you agree to receive it.

§ 2 No disclosure of personalized data

We do not disclose your sensitive personal data including your postal address and your e-mail address to third parties. Excepted from this rule are our service partners who require a data transfer for the purpose of order handling. Partner: DHL (Deutsche Post). In these cases, the set of data transferred is reduced to the required minimum. 

§ 3 Cookies

When registering at www.yeh-collection.com we use Cookies to identify every user for the duration of his visit. A "cookie" is a small amount of data that is sent from a Web server to your browser and stored on your computer's hard drive.

§ 4 Statistic

When you visit our website, our servers will automatically collect an amount of statistical data. This data includes the number of visits, date and time information, possibly the kind of system software you are running (operating system, browser type) and the network (IP) address of the computer you are using. This data will be processed completely anony-mously and no connection to your personal user data will be made, the sole purpose of this collection process being the improvement of our technical service.

§ 5 Information, correction, blocking and deletion of personalized data

At any time you have the right to withdraw your consent to any data processing for the future. In this case we ask you to address an email with your name, address and e-mail address to us . We will then immediately delete any personal data, except in cases of abuse of our platform or services.

Personalised data is collected and stored in strict compliance with the statutory regula-tions of Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (BDSG, Federal Data Protection Act) and Telemedi-engesetz (TMG).

§ 7 Amendment of Privacy Policy

We reserve the right to amend this privacy policy at any time. In case of an amendment the user will be informed via email. A printout or storage of our privacy policy is possible at any time.
