International Sales Manager M/W

We are looking to expand our Sales team with the addition of an International Sales Manager for Yeh Collection. As an International Sales Manager you will manage distributors worldwide.

What will you be doing?

• You will have responsibility for managing distributors;
• You will improve existing markets and take care of discovering and adding new markets;
• You will have responsibility for acquiring and hiring new agents and distributors and replace agents if necessary;
• You will draft account plans and set targets per country;
• You will take care of sales reports and analysis;
• You will report on a regular basis to the International Sales Director.

What will be expected from you?

• A Higher Vocational Studies (HBO) degree;
• Excellent knowledge of the English and Dutch language, both spoken and written;
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar management position
• Problem solving ability;
• Ability to communicate well with different interlocutors;
• Pro- active attitude, decisiveness and enthusiasm;
• Residing in The Netherlands.
